Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms, and any claim, dispute, action, cause of action, issue, or request for relief arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction. The courts in some states and countries may not apply Delaware law to some types of dispute.
