INGREDIENTS

  • Pork Belly
  • Your favorite BBQ rub
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1oz Fresh Ginger

DIRECTIONS

  1. Score the pork belly.

  2. Cut the pork belly into 1x1 inch cubes.

  3. Apply your preferred BBQ rub all over the pork belly cubes.

  4. Smoke the pork belly cubes for 2 hours at 250 degrees.

  5. After 2 hours, transfer the smoked pork belly cubes to a foil pan.

  6. Add 6 tbsp of butter, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 3 Tbsp of sesame seed oil, and 1oz of fresh ginger to the pan.

  7. Cover the pan with foil and smoke for an additional hour.

  8. Remove from the smoker and let the pork belly burnt ends rest for 30 minutes while still covered in the foil pan.
