INGREDIENTS

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 50g nachos
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 40g parmesan
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chicken spices
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 100g flour
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Dill
  • Parsley
  • 120g yogurt
  • 40ml honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into long strips of medium thickness.

  2. Add 50g of nachos to a mortar and crush them.

  3. Prepare three separate bowls: the first with beaten eggs, the second with 100g of breadcrumbs mixed with crushed nachos and grated parmesan cheese, and the third with 100g flour mixed with a teaspoon each of salt, oregano, pepper, and chicken spices.

  4. Coat the chicken strips first in the flour mixture, then dip them in the egg, and finally coat them with the nacho breadcrumb mixture in that order.

  5. For the sauce, finely chop the garlic cloves, parsley, and dill. Mix the chopped garlic with five teaspoons of yogurt, a pinch of salt and pepper, and the chopped parsley and dill. Add 40ml of honey and mix all the ingredients well. Set aside.

  6. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the coated chicken pieces for a few minutes on each side until they have a beautiful golden color. Remove from the pan.

Serve with the garlic-yogurt sauce on the side.
