INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  2. Toast the bread in the toaster until golden brown.

  3. Crack an egg into the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. When the egg is cooked through, remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. Place one slice of toast on a plate, top with cheese and cooked egg, and then place the other slice of toast on top to make a sandwich.
