INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (6-8 pounds) bone-in turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Remove the turkey breast from packaging and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, apple cider vinegar, white wine, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
