Mustard sauce ingredients:
- oil
- 2 Shallots
- 150ml of double cream
- 1 tablespoon of wholegrain mustard
- Tablespoon of lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
Finely Chopped shallots blanch on the skillet until golden brown. Constantly stirring add cream and wholegrain mustard. Bring to boil and add rest of the ingredients.
